Fujinon Announces Endoscopy Business Realignment

Wayne, New Jersey, June 28, 2010 – FUJINON INC. today announced that, effective July 1, 2010, its Endoscopy Division will be realigned as a subsidiary of FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. in a move designed to add strength and focus to Fujifilm’s healthcare businesses in the United States.
